About Us
Mysore Mulakanadu Sabha is an organisation of Telugu speaking Brahmins of Mysore city, working to promote the social, literary and cultural uniqueness of the community since 3rd November, 1989.
The sabha started working way back in 1989, initiated by a small group headed by Dr TV Venkatachala Shastry, Dr Dakshinamuthy, Dr K N Pandit, Prof K G Satyanarayana and other leading personalities of the community in Mysuru. They acquired on lease a Civic Amenities site in the same year, allotted by MUDA, and subsequently built a Kalyana Bhavana in phases on the Hunsur Main Road.
It maintains a small library on its premises with a collection of rare books, and today counts more than 1000 members. Use the menu above to explore our Bylaws, Objectives, Major Activities, Library, Kalyanana Mantapa, MSCT and History.
